Job summary

Kettering Health Network is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Women’s Health specialty within our OBGYN outpatient setting. The position emphasizes evidence-based practice, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and comprehensive patient care in a not-for-profit health system serving southwestern Ohio.

The role requires a Master’s degree (APRN or PA), national certification, and Ohio licensure with prescriptive authority where applicable.

Qualifications

• APRN: Master’s degree with an Advanced Practice Nursing Focus and National Board Certification required
• PA: Master’s degree required with the appropriate National Certification
• BLS certification required
• Current Ohio licenses: APRN and PA with prescriptive authority as applicable
• Maintain collaborative/supervision agreement per Ohio Boards

Responsibilities

• Take patient history and perform clinical assessments
• Perform physical exams and order entry
• Interpret diagnostics and develop treatment plans
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team
• On-call and weekend coverage as assigned
