Job summary

Summit Health is looking for an Advanced Practice Nurse or Physician Assistant to join our Oncology Department full-time. You will be responsible for conducting in-office follow-ups, providing continuity of care for patients, and performing hospital consults.

Oncology experience is strongly encouraged, but not required. This position offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package in a dynamic working environment.

Qualifications

• Valid Connecticut license is required.
• Oncology experience strongly encouraged but not required.
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in‑office follow‑ups with oncology patients.
• Provide continuity of care for oncology patients.
• Perform hospital consults and follow‑up care for inpatient hematology and oncology patients.
• Provide weekend coverage for the hospital as part of the oncology team.
