KA Recruiting Inc. in Vermont is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our Cancer Center team.

You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team, and support patients through treatment. The ideal candidate will hold an accredited NP/PA program, current licensure in Vermont, and oncology experience or certification is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Current NP or PA licensure in the state of practice.
• Certification in Oncology Nursing or relevant specialty (preferred).
• Prior experience in oncology or a related field (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Aufgaben

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for cancer patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and ensure positive patient outcomes.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and perform procedures as needed.
• Offer education and support to patients and their families throughout the treatment process.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and research projects within the Cancer Center.
