Job summary

WellSpan Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) in Ephrata, PA for the Hematology/Oncology infusion program. The role involves collaborating with two other CRNPs in the infusion room for patient reactions, triage visits, community outreach, and education.

New graduates are welcome. Clinic hours are Mon-Fri with some hospital rounding 6-7 days per month; benefits include PTO, disability, and retirement plans, plus daily pay options.

Qualifications

• Masters Degree Nurse Practitioner Required or Bachelors Degree Physician Assistant Required
• Masters Degree Physician Assistant Preferred
• Work Experience: 1 year Required
• Licenses: Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner Upon Hire Required or Licensed Physician Assistant Upon Hire Required
• Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required or Advanced Cardiac Life Support Upon Hire Required
• Nurse Practitioner - board certified by American Nurses Credentialing Center Commission on Certification Upon Hire Required
• Nurse Practitioner - Completion of an accredited program for nurse practitioners Upon Hire Required or
• Physician Assistant - Graduate of accredited physician assistant program Upon Hire Required

Responsibilities

• Share responsibility with two other CRNPs in the infusion room for reactions, triage visits, community outreach and patient education
• New graduate APPs are welcome to apply
• Rounding 6-7 days per month at WellSpan Ephrata Community Hospital
