OhioHealth Home Care is seeking an Administrative Manager to oversee the delivery of care by an interdisciplinary team, and to manage the administrative and fiscal operations of the assigned areas in alignment with department goals.

The role emphasizes budgeting, staffing, policy development, and compliance with Medicare and Joint Commission standards, with leadership responsibilities across the Home Care department’s activities.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or other healthcare related field.
• Licensed in the state of Ohio for appropriate field.
• 3-5 years of management experience in a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Assumes 24 hour accountability for ongoing delivery of patient care within assigned business line and directs care according to physician and administrative procedures.
• Develops, coordinates, and evaluates staffing plans and programs to improve patient outcomes and regulatory measures.
• Plans and directs budgeted staffing and policies; collaborates with Operations Director and Medical Director on patient/family policies.
• Directs collection and interpretation of statistics for program planning and quality improvement.
• Promotes relationships with referral sources and other OhioHealth departments; ensures compliance with Medicare, Joint Commission, and other standards.

Education

Master's degree in Business/Healthcare Administration

Licensed in the state of Ohio for appropriate field

3-5 years management experience in a healthcare environment
