Role Overview

GSK's Oncology team is seeking an experienced Oncology/Hematology Sales Professional to manage sales and business activities within a defined geographical area, focusing on driving sales, leveraging customer relationships, and impacting various customer segments. The role involves designing and implementing strategic business plans to increase revenue, understanding customer needs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Commercial Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive sales results and ensure patient access to GSK therapies.
  2. Develop and execute business plans for the area.
  3. Identify and develop key prescribers and account drivers.
  4. Engage proactively with customers to promote GSK therapies and company image.
  5. Collaborate with teams to maximize brand exposure.
  6. Support successful product launches and promotions.
  7. Develop programs to increase customer access.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree from an accredited institution.
  • 3+ years of pharmaceutical sales, biologic/specialty sales, or clinical oncology experience.
  • Valid Driver’s License and ability to travel domestically.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Over 2 years of Oncology or specialty sales experience, with preference for health system/institutional experience.
  • Experience with multiple myeloma or myelofibrosis products.
  • Strong organizational and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
Compensation & Benefits

Base salary ranges from $158,250 to $263,750, plus annual bonus, long-term incentives, and comprehensive benefits including health care, retirement, paid holidays, and leave policies.
