Oncology Account Manager - Minneapolis, MN - Field Based

Join us as an Oncology Account Manager - Minneapolis, MN - Field Based at GSK.

Location: Minneapolis, MN, with coverage across various sites including Duluth, Minneapolis Central, North, South, Saint Paul, East, and West.

As an Oncology/Hematology Sales Professional, you will manage sales and business activities within a defined geographic area. Your role involves driving sales, leveraging customer relationships, and implementing strategic business plans to increase revenue. Collaboration with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Commercial Operations is essential.

Responsibilities
  1. Drive sales results and ensure patient access to GSK therapies.
  2. Develop and execute business plans for your area.
  3. Identify and develop key prescribers and account drivers.
  4. Engage proactively with key customers and account groups.
  5. Collaborate cross-functionally to maximize brand exposure.
  6. Support product launches and ongoing promotions.
  7. Develop programs to increase customer access in partnership with regional and cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
  • 4-year BA/BS degree from an accredited institution.
  • 3+ years of pharmaceutical sales, biologic/specialty sales, or clinical oncology experience, including patient care and physician interaction.
  • Valid Driver’s License and ability to travel domestically.
  • Reside within the territory; no relocation assistance provided.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years of Oncology or specialty sales experience, with a preference for health system/institutional experience.
  • Experience with multiple myeloma and myelofibrosis products.
  • Knowledge of product marketing, specialty pharmacy, payer, and state society dynamics.
  • Strong organizational, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
Compensation & Benefits

The annual base salary ranges from $158,250 to $263,750, depending on location, experience, and skills. Benefits include bonuses, long-term incentives, health insurance, retirement plans, paid holidays, and leave policies.
