As an Oncology/Hematology Account Manager, you will manage sales and business activities within a designated geographical area. Your key responsibilities include driving sales, leveraging customer relationships, and impacting various customer segments. You will design and implement strategic business plans to increase revenue from targeted customers, understanding and utilizing the roles of cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Commercial Operations. Deep knowledge of Oncology customers and local market dynamics is essential.

The annual base salary ranges from $158,250 to $263,750, depending on factors such as location, skills, and experience.
