Flexzo Ai in Georgia is seeking an Hematology/Oncology physician with an outpatient focus to join a growth‑driven practice. You’ll build your own patient panel while seeing 15–20 patients per day and working Monday–Thursday from 8am to 5pm, with no nights or weekends.

The practice offers a robust compensation package including base salary $500,000–$600,000 plus bonuses, sign‑on and relocation assistance, and a potential path to partnership as volumes grow.

About The Practice

• Beautifully renovated facility with onsite infusion center
• Established referral base with a 3–4 week waitlist for new patients
• Focused on access, efficiency, and high-quality patient care
• Expansion plans underway, with potential additional clinic locations

The incoming physician will work 4 days per week locally, helping meet growing demand while building their own patient panel.

The Role

• Outpatient Hematology/Oncology
• See approximately 15–20 patients per day to start
• Majority hematology cases with room to grow oncology services
• Monday–Thursday schedule (8am–5pm)
• No nights, no weekends, and no phone calls required upon starting
• Optional future hospital rotations (with compensation increase)
