Job summary

Flexzo Ai in Georgia is seeking a board-certified/eligible Hematology/Oncology physician to join a growth-driven practice. The incoming physician will build a patient panel through an outpatient focus, with a 4-day workweek and a 8am–5pm schedule, featuring no nights and no weekend obligations.

See 15–20 patients daily, majority hematology with room to grow oncology services. Compensation ranges $500,000–$600,000 plus bonuses, with sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, flexible PTO, health

Qualifications

• Board-certified/eligible Hematology/Oncology physician.
• Comfortable practicing independently.
• Strong communicator with drive and long-term vision.
• Interested in growing with the practice and becoming part of the local community.

Responsibilities

• See 15–20 patients daily in outpatient hematology/oncology.
• Majority hematology cases with room to grow oncology services.
• Four-day schedule (8am–5pm) with no nights or weekends initially.
• Optional future hospital rotations with compensation increase.
