Parkview Health in Fort Wayne, Indiana, seeks a board-eligible/board-certified microvascular fellowship-trained plastic surgeon with a strong focus on complex oncologic reconstruction at the Packnett Family Cancer Institute. You will join a multidisciplinary team performing advanced reconstructions and participate in oncologic care planning.

Qualifications

• Board-certified plastic surgeon with microvascular fellowship training.
• Specialty interest in complex oncologic reconstruction.
• Experience in reconstructive microsurgery preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform microvascular and general reconstructive surgeries for Packnett Family Cancer Institute patients at Parkview Regional Medical Center.
• Provide general plastic surgery call coverage with a 1:5 frequency.
• Collaborate with oncologic surgeons across multiple specialties to optimize patient care.
• Access and coordinate with supportive services including nurse navigators and cancer rehabilitation.
• Perform oncoplastic reconstructions such as DIEP flaps and tissue transfers as part of cancer treatment.
