Job summary

Cambridge is seeking a Transition Liaison to serve as primary Service Experience partner for Financial Professionals during transition to Cambridge. You will blend relationship management, onboarding support, case ownership, and cross-functional coordination to guide offices through onboarding and resolve service needs.

Location options include Fairfield, IA or Phoenix, AZ with a hybrid in-office schedule. Salary ranges from $55,000 to $75,000, reflecting experience and market norms for

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in financial services, operations, onboarding, or a related field.
• Strong operational judgment and ability to deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Demonstrated case ownership, organization, follow-through, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination.
• Excellent verbal, phone, and written communication; ability to translate complex information into clear next steps.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced transition environment.
• Industry licensing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary Service Experience partner for Financial Professionals and staff during transition to Cambridge.
• Own transition-related inquiries and service cases from intake through resolution, providing updates and timely escalation when needed.
• Coordinate across Transition, Operations, Compliance, Service Experience, technology, and other teams to remove obstacles and keep onboarding moving.
• Monitor transition milestones, open items, service commitments, workload, and emerging risks; communicate status and next steps.
• Help Financial Professionals and staff navigate Cambridge systems, processes, service channels, and resources with clear guidance.
• Build trusted relationships through regular check-ins, responsiveness, and understanding of offices' priorities and service expectations.
• Identify recurring issues and service gaps; recommend improvements to strengthen future transitions.
• Maintain transition records, relationship plans, and reporting for stakeholders and leadership.
