Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 0–1 years related work experience required.
• Knowledge of computer systems including web-based applications and some Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or Access.
• Preferred: experience in Human Resources and familiarity with HR systems and compliance activities.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills to complete responsibilities in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Schedule employee health screens and new employee orientations in a timely manner.
• Maintain confidential HR system records and compile reports as needed.
• Provide project support for HR and coordinate with employees and managers.
• Assist as a backup for front-office coverage and greet visitors professionally.
• Assist with filing and data maintenance for verification of primary source documents.
