Lead onboarding for new client relationships and establish reporting, accounting, and operational processes.
Oversee accounting, cash management, payroll, and financial administration for individuals, trusts, partnerships, foundations, and related entities.
Review financial reports, reconciliations, and year-end reporting to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and a high standard of client service.
Support a range of family office activities, including gifting, charitable giving, and special financial projects.
Oversee bill pay, disbursements, and related controls to ensure accurate and timely processing.
Review reconciliations, resolve exceptions, and provide reporting to clients and internal stakeholders.
Serve as a trusted day-to-day contact for clients and coordinate seamlessly with wealth managers, tax preparers, attorneys, and other advisors.
Prepare client-ready materials, participate in meetings, and respond thoughtfully to requests across multiple relationships.
Support to tax, estate, and planning-related initiatives while supporting ad hoc analyses and special projects.
Coach and develop team members while helping drive quality, consistency, and timely execution across deliverables.
