Under the direction of the Payroll Manager in the Harvest Shared Service Center in the College of Natural and Agricultural Sciences (CNAS), the incumbent will execute transactions for multiple departments for academic and staff personnel. Key responsibilities include assist with staff personnel functions related to on-boarding, separations and record maintenance. The incumbent may also assist with responsibilities related to payroll processing, inquiries, maintenance, and changes to ensure timely adherence to monthly and bi-weekly payroll calendars. The full salary range for the Onboarding Specialist is $29.35 - $42.06 per hour. However, the expected pay scale for this position is $29.35 - $34.46 per hour. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs. Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. Currently, we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa for staff.
