It’s a project-management-intensive role requiring strong cross-functional collaboration and relentless follow-up.
You will report to the Partner Operations Lead and work closely with partners to deliver a seamless, high-touch onboarding experience in a fast-paced health-tech environment, with preference
About Bridge: Bridge is the fastest, most compliant way to scale insurance billing nationwide. We enable virtual care companies to go in-network nationally in as little as 30 days — without the operational lift. Our platform handles payer contracting, credentialing, real-time benefit verification, medical coding, claim submission, denial management, and compliance in a single integrated solution. Backed by leading investors including General Catalyst, Andreessen Horowitz, Thrive Capital, Khosla Ventures, Greenoaks, and Mischief, we're scaling rapidly.
The Role: Speed to launch is one of Bridge's core competitive advantages — our partners sign, integrate, get providers live, and deliver their first insurance-covered visits within 30 days. We're doubling down on that strength and building a dedicated team to make onboarding feel magical at scale. We're hiring an Onboarding Specialist to own the partner launch process end-to-end. You'll be the person who takes a signed partner from contract to first visit on Bridge — coordinating across credentialing, engineering, clinical, and sales to hit aggressive go-live timelines. This is a project management-intensive, execution-focused role where your success is measured by how fast and how smoothly partners go live. You'll report to the Partner Operations Lead. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on managing complex, cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment — someone who cultivates relationships to handle roadblocks, follows up relentlessly, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional client experience.
