Qualifications

• Strong Java development and OO design.
• Experience with modern web technologies (React/Node.js).

• Payments, commerce, or financial services experience is highly desirable.
• Proven experience leading customer implementations.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to create repeatable processes, standards, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical solution design and architecture discussions with customers.
• Drive customer onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support activities.
• Ensure solutions comply with Mastercard standards and governance processes.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to define solution scope.
• Maintain high-quality technical documentation throughout delivery lifecycle.
• Coordinate execution across commercial, product, and engineering teams.
