Job summary

Valeria Aguerri is seeking an Onboarding Project Manager to serve as the primary client contact during onboarding for our Insurance Agency Websites, Reputation Management, Local Listings, and Social Media services.

You will manage multiple projects, translate client goals into website configurations, and leverage Elementor-based WordPress to update sites while driving adoption of new features.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of digital marketing experience.
• WordPress proficiency (Elementor preferred).
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to explain complex issues simply.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with attention to detail.
• Friendly, client-facing demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The client is seeking a passionate Onboarding Project Manager to join their team. This position has a high level of visibility as you will be a customer-facing digital marketing consultant. You’ll be responsible for the onboarding of new clients for our Insurance Agency Websites, Reviews & Reputation Management, Local Listings Management, and Social Media Marketing services. The ideal candidate for this role has digital marketing experience across multiple channels, a customer service or account management background, proficiency with WordPress, ideally with using Elementor, exceptional communication skills, and a keen sense of urgency.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as the primary point of contact with clients during onboarding.
• Manage multiple, concurrent projects and all aspects of onboarding through completion.
• Work with new customers to identify goals and preferences in launching their new company website and any additional services the customer has purchased.
• Use their highly customized version of WordPress (Elementor) to update customer websites.
• Assist customers with adopting new and existing features to maximize product and service value.
