Energy Transfer LP in Dallas, TX, seeks a Sr Coordinator - Operations Onboarding to manage end-to-end onboarding for new hires. You will serve as the central liaison among Recruiting, Hiring Managers, Safety, IT, Telecom, Administrative Support, and Operations Leadership to ensure a compliant, positive onboarding experience.

Responsibilities include coordinating tech, training, equipment, system access, and onboarding communications with standardized processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of onboarding or HR operations experience.
• Experience coordinating activities across departments and locations.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with HRIS, LMS, and self-service platforms.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary contact for onboarding from offer through NHO.
• Coordinate and track onboarding requirements for new hires.
• Guide Hiring Managers on timelines and actions.
• Monitor pre-employment status and start-date milestones.
• Assist with onboarding tools, hardware, access provisioning.
• Coordinate technology needs and application access with IT/Telecom.
• Ensure safety training and compliance requirements are assigned and completed.
• Develop and improve onboarding guides and manager resources.
• Collaborate with regional teams for consistency across locations.
