Job summary

Referment is partnering with a global financial services business to hire an analyst into its institutional digital assets team. You will coordinate client onboarding from initial engagement through account activation and trading readiness, sitting at the center of Sales, Compliance, Operations, Risk, Legal, Treasury, Product and Technology to help clients navigate documentation and controls.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business or related discipline.
1–3 years in client onboarding or related financial services role.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication with a client-service mindset.
Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Coordinate end-to-end onboarding and lifecycle activity for institutional digital asset clients.
Act as a point of contact for onboarding questions, documentation requests and progress updates.
Collect and review documentation for KYC, AML, sanctions screening, tax verification and other regulatory requirements.
Work with Compliance and Risk to resolve due-diligence gaps and secure the necessary approvals.
Coordinate account configuration across trading, custody, settlement, financing and reporting platforms, including wallet and connectivity requirements.
Maintain onboarding trackers and management reporting, monitor cycle times and identify process bottlenecks.
Support process improvements, automation initiatives and launches involving new products, jurisdictions or service offerings.
