Job summary

Stord is the leading edge in on-demand supply chain services, headquartered in Atlanta. We are hiring an Implementation Program Manager to drive onboarding for new customers and to enable growth as brands expand channels and products.

The role requires coordinating across Commercial, Implementation, Integration, and Operations teams, managing a portfolio of projects, and delivering measurable revenue while improving onboarding processes. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in cross-functional, customer-oriented change roles in SaaS or consulting.
• Proven ability to manage complex programs with multiple priorities and limited resources.
• Strong communication and project-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer onboarding projects from onboarding to post-launch.
• Coordinate with Commercial, Implementation, Integration, and Operations teams for end-to-end onboarding.
• Balance competing priorities while delivering revenue and meeting timelines.
• Track onboarding KPIs and implement process improvements.
• Lead design and deployment of new tech solutions for customers.
• Provide feedback to refine service offering and onboarding experience.
• Advocate for continuous improvement and alignment with Stord values.
