Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintains high ethics and values in the workplace.
• Engages with new hires in the first 0–90 days to gather feedback for effective onboarding.
• Uses ice breakers to test retention and effectiveness of new hire orientation topics.
• Develops tracking tools to capture new employee interactions and support chains.
• Coordinates between departments and ensures follow-up closure of items gathered from onboarding.
• Presents summarized reports and recommendations to plant leadership on new hire follow-up.
