Reliable Premium Management in Waite Park, MN is hiring a Customer Success Onboarding Specialist. This full-time, in-office/hybrid role (4 days in office, 1 day remote after 90 days) pays $22–$24/hour.

You will guide new customers through onboarding, reinforce RPM’s value, and ensure a smooth, thorough handoff from day one. The role emphasizes organization, relationship-building, and high-volume communication.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a customer-facing role with high-volume communication, account coordination, or onboarding.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Experience with or ability to quickly learn HubSpot CRM and other communication/analytics platforms.
• Ability to analyze and interpret payroll or reports across varying formats with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding & Account Coordination
• Manage an average portfolio of 50+ active onboarding accounts simultaneously.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for new customers throughout onboarding.
• Maintain accurate account notes and documentation for clean handoffs.
• Monitor account progress and resolve delays to protect the customer experience.
• Ensure account setup is completed accurately for policy term impact.
• Communicate proactively with customers via phone and email.
• Educate customers on workers’ compensation and RPM’s value.
