Responsibilities

• Serve as primary candidate contact from offer acceptance to start and onboarding.
• Guide candidates through onboarding requirements, documentation, screenings, and training.
• Maintain proactive communication on expectations, deadlines, and next steps.
• Identify onboarding risks and coordinate with internal teams to resolve them.
• Support client success with accounts, staffing projects and new-hire classes.
• Coordinate post-offer handoffs across Recruiting, Client Success, Operations, Payroll/HR.
