Job summary

Hiregy in Tampa, FL is seeking a Client Success Specialist to join our team onsite. The role starts at $20 per hour and includes benefits such as healthcare, dental, vision and a 401(k) with match.

Qualifications

• Must have at least two years’ experience as an office coordinator or administrative assistant
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral
• Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook (MS Excel basic spreadsheet creation)
• Typing 40 WPM
• Knowledge of customer service etiquette including how to delight or handle a difficult caller/client

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary candidate contact from offer acceptance through successful start and early assignment
• Guide candidates through onboarding requirements, including documentation, screenings, client requirements, training, and start preparation
• Maintain proactive communication regarding expectations, deadlines, next steps, and first-day instructions
• Identify and resolve onboarding delays or issues in partnership with internal teams
• Conduct pre- and post-start check-ins to promote engagement, retention, and a positive candidate experience
• Support Client Success with ongoing accounts, staffing projects, new-hire classes, and placement activity
• Learn client expectations, work environments, onboarding requirements, and staffing needs
• Participate in and progressively take ownership of appropriate client and candidate conversations
• Gather feedback, communicate trends or concerns, and help ensure commitments made during recruiting and sales are successfully delivered
• Coordinate across Recruiting, Client Success, Operations, Payroll/HR, and other teams to ensure smooth post-offer handoffs and successful starts
• Maintain accurate, timely candidate and onboarding information in Hiregy's systems
• Track onboarding progress, proactively identify risks, and escalate issues that could impact start dates or client expectations
• Identify process gaps and help improve workflows, communications, templates, checklists, and standard procedures
• Support high-volume hiring and onboarding initiatives requiring coordination across multiple departments
