Job summary

Allworth Financial seeks an Onboarding Specialist to support the CRP Sales Team by delivering a high-touch onboarding experience for new clients. You will coordinate documents, ensure timely funding of accounts, and serve as a knowledge base for program rules and systems.

Responsibilities include facilitating onboarding packets, interfacing with custodians, and helping the sales field and clients with transfers and funding while upholding confidentiality and integrity.

Qualifications

• College degree in finance, business, or related field.
• 3+ years of client service or sales support experience.
• Experience in wealth management or financial services.
• Specialization in SMA's (Separately Managed Accounts) & Alternatives required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• New referral client onboarding coordination and documentation.
• Overseeing funding of investment accounts and transfers.
• Maintain CRM records and onboarding notes for clients.
• Support relationship management with clients, partners and sales teams.
