Job summary

Breeze Airways is seeking a Provisioning Operational Support Specialist in Cottonwood Heights, UT to own Onboard Services provisioning, including pack out strategy, payment device management, and service procedures.

You will collaborate with inflight, operations control, marketing, and vendors, track provisioning performance, and help ensure safety and compliance per Breeze policies.

This role requires travel up to 30% and a focus on data-driven improvements to our Buy on Board program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years’ experience in an operations centric role.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
• Must have authorization to work in the US and a valid passport.

Responsibilities

• Track and manage payment device distribution and performance.
• Collaborate with Inflight Team to address provisioning discrepancies.
• Monitor onboard sales and provisioning program performance with partners.
• Coordinate with Operations Control Center on real-time provisioning
• Ensure inventory of snacks and supplies with Business Partners; order items.
