Job summary

Princess Cruises seeks an experienced APM Audio professional for onboard live sound operations on a fixed term contract. You will manage audio for shows, coordinate with production teams, and maintain onboard systems to ensure top-notch guest experiences.

The role requires 3–5 years in live audio, proficiency with professional consoles, and strong teamwork. Expect onboard duties, evenings and travel across destinations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years live audio production experience, preferably on ships or large-scale productions.
• Strong ability to mix for theatre, bands and guest entertainers.
• Experience with professional digital consoles and show coordination.

Responsibilities

• Operate and mix live audio for performances across venues.
• Maintain onboard audio systems and diagnose issues quickly.
• Prepare shows: load files, perform sound checks, setup mics and monitors.
• Collaborate with lighting, video and stage teams to ensure cohesion.
• Document equipment inventories and maintenance logs.
