Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of culinary experience in full-service settings.

Responsibilities

• Directly assist with the Executive/Sous Chef to prepare diversified meals.
• Organize kitchen workload to maintain efficient processes.
• Produce high-quality dishes following established menus.
• Adhere to guests' dietary requests.
• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards throughout preparation.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers during service.
