Job summary

Celebrity Cruises is seeking a dynamic Cruise Director to lead the shipboard Hotel Management's Entertainment team. This senior leader will be the face of the brand onboard, overseeing all entertainment programming and guest experiences.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of leadership in upscale hospitality or cruise environments, and proven MC or professional entertainment experience. Shipboard background is preferred, with strong public speaking and team development skills.

Qualifications

3-5 years of leadership experience in upscale hotel, resort, cruise ship, or entertainment settings.
Master of Ceremonies or professional entertainment/presentation experience is required.
Previous shipboard experience is preferred.
Strong public speaking and audience engagement skills.

Responsibilities

Lead onboard entertainment programming including production shows, live music, and events.
Serve as Master of Ceremonies hosting shows, interviews, and onboard TV.
Develop and motivate a diverse Entertainment team to deliver guest experiences.
Collaborate with Hotel, F&B, Guest Relations, Revenue and Marketing to optimize guest satisfaction and revenue.
Ensure programs meet safety, quality, environmental and operational standards.
Monitor performance and KPIs, identify opportunities for improvement.
Manage budgets, resources, inventory, and operational efficiencies.
Develop initiatives that support revenue growth and cost efficiencies.
