Hornblower Group's City Cruises division in New York is seeking a dedicated dishwasher to support galley operations aboard our vessels. You will clean dishes, assist with provisioning, and help maintain shipboard cleanliness while delivering hospitality to guests and crew.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work nights, weekends and major holidays.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality to coworkers and guests.
• Operate dish machine; ensure all dishes are cleaned, organized, and stored appropriately.
• Ensure that the dishwasher is in proper working order; refill chemicals as needed.
• Assist in routine galley cleaning including sanitizing surfaces and mopping floors.
• Stock supplies in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, and buffets.
• Receive and store food and supplies using proper food handling techniques.
• Maintain uniform and personal grooming in compliance with appearance standards.
• Additional job duties assigned.
