Job summary

Hornblower Group in Boston is seeking a Dishwasher to support galley operations aboard our vessels. The role focuses on cleaning, organization, and safe handling of provisions while delivering friendly service.

You will operate the dish machine, stock supplies, and maintain hygiene standards. Availability for nights, weekends and holidays is expected; prior hospitality experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality to coworkers and guests.
• Operate dish machine; ensure dishes are cleaned, organized, and stored.
• Ensure dishwasher is in proper working order; clean equipment and refill chemicals.
• Assist in galley cleaning; sanitize surfaces and mop floors.
• Stock supplies in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators or buffets.
• Receive and store food; rotate stock and monitor temperatures.
• Maintain uniform and personal grooming per appearance standards.
• Additional job duties assigned.
