Margaritaville at Sea is hiring a Broadcast Manager to lead our shipboard Entertainment Media Specialists and Digital Content Specialists. You will oversee the Broadcast Centre, manage TV programming, video walls, and digital signage to deliver top‑notch guest experiences.

The role requires expert broadcast knowledge at sea and on land, strong leadership, and problem‑solving skills. This is a full‑time position with growth opportunities on a fast‑growing cruise line.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years old.
• Relevant ship experience preferred.
• Good level of English.
• Ability to communicate tactfully with guests, department heads and crewmembers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Broadcast Centre, ship-wide TVs, video walls, and digital signage.
• Edit and film the daily show, schedule TV programs, and manage satellite operations.
• Lead the broadcast team, ensure content accuracy, and provide technical support.
• Coordinate with crew and departments to ensure smooth production and broadcasting.
• Maintain equipment and ensure proper functionality of all on‑board displays.
• Film and edit daily show content and ensure timely broadcast.
