Job summary

Skywalk Global Pvt. Ltd. seeks an OnBase Technical Lead to drive architecture and delivery of WorkView and Workflow solutions. You will lead the development team, design enhancements, and ensure robust, scalable OnBase configurations aligned with enterprise goals.

The role requires deep OnBase expertise, collaboration with stakeholders, and hands-on leadership through the full development lifecycle, including requirements, design, coding, testing, and deployment.

Qualifications

• OnBase WorkView & Workflow certification preferred.
• Experience leading a development group and shaping technical strategy.
• Strong ability to design, code, and review enhancements for OnBase solutions.
• Familiarity with configuring and maintaining OnBase systems in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as principal technical authority for OnBase applications and lead the team through design and implementation.
• Architect and optimize OnBase WorkView and Workflow solutions to meet complex business needs.
• Guide requirements analysis, design, implementation and testing across projects.
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure robust, scalable operations.

Summary:TheOnBaseTechnicalLeadservesastheprincipaltechnicalauthorityforOnBaseapplications,withaparticularemphasisondeepanddemonstratedexpertiseinbothOnBaseWorkViewandWorkflow.Thisroleisresponsibleforleadingthedevelopmentgroup,activelydesigningandcodingenhancementstoexistingapplications.TheTechnicalLeadmustpossessadvancedproficiencyinconfiguringandoptimizingOnBaseWorkViewsolutionsandWorkflowprocessestomeetcomplexbusinessneeds.Inadditiontotechnicalmastery,thepositionrequiresguidingtheteamthroughallphasesofapplicationdevelopment—fromrequirementsanalysisanddesigntoimplementationandtesting—ensuringthatallchangesarerobust,scalable,andalignedwithenterpriseobjectives.TheTechnicalLeadactsasafunctionalarchitect,providingstrategicdirection,reviewingdesigns,recommendingimprovements,andofferinghands-onleadershipthroughoutthedevelopmentlifecycle.
