Job summary

Rail Events Productions is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor for THE POLAR EXPRESS Train Ride in Whippany, NJ. This on-site, seasonal role oversees all F&B production, collaborates with production and FOH managers, and ensures quality, safety, and timely service for passengers.

The position requires leadership, strong communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, live-rail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service, catering and special events.
• Ability to operate POS systems is a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership skills required.
• Team player with reliability and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Familiarize and maintain REP Food and Beverage equipment.
• Oversee load in/out for F&B area and inventory controls.
• Manage daily staff duties and ensure health regulations compliance.
• Coordinate with vendors and FOH to arrange meals for cast and crew.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the food and beverage area.
• Lead staff training and manage performance in a fast-paced environment.
