Job summary

HD Supply Management, LLC (USA) seeks an experienced delivery driver to make customer deliveries using a company-provided or rental vehicle. You will maintain delivery records, inspect vehicles, and handle customer inquiries about orders and deliveries. An acceptable MVR status and a valid driver’s license are required.

Responsibilities include safe loading/unloading, route adherence, and ongoing communication with the distribution center regarding delivery interruptions or missing orders.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• Specialized skills training/certification may be required.
• Generally 2-5 years of experience in area of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Delivers customer orders safely within a service area.
• Follows the planned route for timely deliveries.
• Loads inventory into trucks and unloads orders at customer sites using material handling equipment.
• Provides professional customer service during deliveries.
• Reviews order manifests for accuracy and completeness.
• Performs pre- and post-trip inspections per DOT regulations and policies.
• Maintains records of vehicle and delivery activities.
• Contacts customers to provide updates on delivery statuses.
• Provides feedback to management on escalated issues.
