Job summary

Shepherd Electric Supply in Baltimore is seeking a reliable CDL Class B delivery driver to join our warehouse and dispatch team. Shift Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm, with a focus on delivering electrical materials accurately and on time to job sites and contractor yards across the Richmond service area.

You will perform pre-trip inspections, maintain DOT compliance, document discrepancies, and communicate proactively with dispatch.

Qualifications

• CDL Class B license required.
• Current DOT and Medical Certification cards required.
• Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience with a clean MVR.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and operate straight/box trucks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver electrical materials accurately and on time to job sites.
• Operate straight trucks, box trucks, and flatbeds on assigned routes.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections every shift.
• Document discrepancies and communicate with dispatch immediately.
• Assist warehouse with loading/unloading when needed.
