Job summary

2020 Companies is seeking a Seasonal Retail Engagement Specialist to travel your assigned territory, visit 22–30 locations daily, and build strong merchant relationships. You will educate merchants on the client’s financial services and program benefits.

This 45-day assignment runs Monday–Friday with $30 per hour plus 10% monthly bonus, mileage reimbursement, and paid training. A personal vehicle is required for daily travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 15 lbs. at a time.
• Reliable transportation within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Travel 22–30 locations daily within assigned territory.
• Educate merchants on client products and program benefits.
• Maintain in-store materials and signage and document visits.
• Provide on-site support and answer questions from merchants.
• Log activities and manage daily route with mobile tools.
