Job summary

Palmer Trucks is seeking a Parts Delivery Driver to support sales efforts and deliver products to customers. You will operate company vehicles safely, maintain equipment, and represent the organization with a positive attitude and teamwork.

The role emphasizes punctuality, accuracy, and excellent customer service in a dynamic outdoor work environment. Responsibilities include route planning, order picking, payment handling, and collaboration with sales staff.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly vehicle maintenance checks using the maintenance form
• Keep assigned vehicles clean inside and out per policy
• Accurately pick and package orders to fulfill requests
• Communicate order accuracy to sales staff or customers
• Plan efficient routes while maintaining positive customer expectations
• Deliver orders safely and accurately to customers
• Represent the company and build customer relationships while promoting goods/services
• Collect, secure and document payment for all delivered orders
• Assist with stocking, pulling, and other errands when primary tasks are complete
• Answer phones when needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
