Job summary

Palmer Trucks is seeking a Parts Delivery Driver in the United States (Indiana). The role involves safely operating company vehicles to deliver parts to customers, maintaining vehicle readiness, and representing the company with a positive attitude.

Your responsibilities include order picking, loading/unloading, route planning, and ensuring accurate deliveries while upholding customer relationships. A high school diploma and a valid driver’s license are required, with flexible hours including

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record are required.
• Ability to operate motor vehicles and perform delivery tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform weekly vehicle maintenance checks and record results.
• Maintain cleanliness of company vehicles inside and out.
• Accurately pick and package orders for delivery.
• Communicate order accuracy to sales personnel/customers.
• Plan efficient delivery routes while maintaining customer expectations.
• Ensure safe and accurate delivery of all orders.
• Represent the company and build customer relationships.
• Collect and document payment for delivered orders.
• Assist with stocking, pulling, and other errands as needed.
• Answer phones when needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
