Job summary

ProSource is seeking a Home Health Occupational Therapist to assess, retrain and document patient progress in home and care settings. You'll work with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to enhance strength, range of motion and functional abilities.

The role requires an OT degree, active license, CPR certification, and a willingness to relocate to Huntsville, TX with a flexible schedule and in-person care delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current and unrestricted OT licensure.
• Current CPR certification.
• Good organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess/screen patients' daily living and work-related skills and develop therapeutic retraining programs.
• Administer and interpret tests to evaluate function.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to revise care plans.
• Provide therapy to improve strength, coordination, ROM and function.
• Document care observations and progress.
• Coordinate with other health professionals on discharge planning.
