Job summary

Wenger Construction, Inc. is expanding its service team in Wisconsin and seeks service crew leaders and technicians. You will run a two-person crew, use hand and power tools, and perform routine inspections and repairs on roofing, siding and sheet metal.

Travel is required to jobs across Wisconsin. We emphasize safety, quality workmanship and a World Class Customer Experience, with compensation based on experience and quarterly efficiency bonuses.

Qualifications

• Proficient with roofing and construction hand/power tools
• Strong understanding of roofing systems and construction processes
• Ability to read blueprints and perform construction estimating
• Experience in carpentry, concrete forming, and fabrication
• Capable of heavy lifting and varying site environments
