Job summary
Wenger Construction is seeking hardworking roofers to join our Flat Roofing crew in Wisconsin. You will install and repair commercial flat roofing systems, operate related hand and power tools, and help mentor newer crew members.
We offer a competitive hourly pay based on experience plus a $1,000 sign-on bonus. Benefits include health, dental, vision, PTO, weekly pay, and a 401(k) match, with ample opportunities for training and growth in a family-like work culture.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in flat/commercial roofing or a closely related trade.
- Working knowledge of roofing hand and power tools and safe practices.
- A strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-first attitude.
- Willingness to work outdoors, at heights, and in changing weather.
- Experience with EPDM, TPO, or built-up roofing systems (desired).
- 2+ years of flat/commercial roofing experience (desired).
Responsibilities
- Install and repair commercial flat roofing systems with speed and precision.
- Operate hand and power tools used in flat roofing work safely and efficiently.
- Handle material transport and heavy lifting as part of a coordinated crew.
- Follow all safety protocols to keep yourself and your team safe on every job.
- Bring your expertise to the crew and help mentor newer team members.
