Job summary

Wenger Construction, Inc. is expanding its service team in Wisconsin and seeks service crew leaders and technicians. You will run a two-person crew, use hand and power tools, and perform routine inspections and repairs on roofing, siding and sheet metal.

Travel is required to jobs across Wisconsin. We emphasize safety, quality workmanship and a World Class Customer Experience, with compensation based on experience and quarterly efficiency bonuses.

Job Summary

Wenger Construction has a friendly, responsive service team dedicated solely to repairs and small projects. We are expanding this part of our business and are looking to hire both service crew leaders as well as service crew technicians. A service crew leader will have a company truck and run a two-person service crew. Our service team are specially trained in all aspects of roofing, siding and sheet metal that gives you the expertise you need to identity and troubleshoot building deficiencies. We pride ourselves in providing a World Class Customer Experience and it all starts with our service team.
