Killdeer Mountain Manufacturing, Inc. seeks an On-the-Job Trainer for night shifts to coach new hires and prepare them to hit the production floor with confidence. You’ll lead training sessions with clear structure and high standards while performing hands-on production tasks as needed.

You will serve as a subject-matter expert in your area, ensuring safety and quality on every task. The role requires strong communication and the ability to teach by example, with a 4x10s night schedule.

Qualifications

• Ambitious, organized, and highly efficient.
• Excellent communication and the ability to teach by example.
• Comfortable working onsite nights, 4x10s, Monday–Thursday.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coach new team members to reach proficiency and confidence.
• Lead training with structure, pace, and encouragement while prioritizing quality and safety.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert for the assigned production area.
• When not actively training, build cable harness/CCA assemblies as part of the production team.
