Qualifications

• Current OT license in the state where services are rendered.
• Current CPR certification and access to dependable transportation.
• Must be able to commute to multiple patient residences daily within the geographic area.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate functional status and patient needs; consult with physician in care plan.
• Observe, record, and report patient responses to treatment and changes in condition.
