Job summary

McCandless Ford Meadville, Inc. is seeking a customer-oriented Mobile Service Technician to service customers at their location and in the field. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles, prepare parts, complete work orders accurately, and communicate clearly with the Service Advisor and customers.

Qualifications

• Prior automotive technician & customer service experience required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel around the service area year-round.

Responsibilities

• Operate Mobile Service vehicle professionally and keep unit clean.
• Prepare vehicle with needed parts for daily appointments.
• Complete work orders accurately and follow procedures.
• Perform quality repairs per dealership and factory standards.
• Learn new technical information in training sessions to stay updated.
