Job summary

Kendall Ford Bend is seeking a Mobile Service Technician to operate a fully equipped service vehicle and perform maintenance at customer locations. You will diagnose issues, service Ford recalls, and handle fluids, tires, and inspections with accuracy and safety. Customer interaction is essential.

Ideal candidates enjoy hands-on work, have an aptitude for mechanics, and will document all activities per Kendall standards while delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to follow manuals for diagnostics.
Willingness to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

Drive a fully equipped mobile service vehicle to customer locations.
Perform basic maintenance on service vehicles and Ford recalls.
Inspect, replenish, drain and fill fluids and lubricants; balance and rotate tires.
Perform vehicle inspections and basic brake repairs.
Customer vehicle diagnostics and software updates; document all work per Kendall standards.
Provide professional, friendly customer service at every stop.
