Job summary

TaylorMade Golf Company is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for our Evansville, IN distribution center. The role manages the Sort & Consolidation function, plans flow, allocates resources, and maintains 6S standards, safety, and housekeeping while coaching a team.

You will coordinate with Transportation and Shipping, handle WorldShip operations and FTZ/compliance, drive continuous improvement, and ensure on-floor productivity and order accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years in high-throughput, consumer goods warehouse environment (>1M annual units).
• 3+ years of supervisory or people-management experience.
• Experience leading warehouse, distribution, shipping, or sortation operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day activity within Sort & Consolidation function, including planning, flow, and resource allocation.
• Assists the Transportation team with daily BOL staging/load operations, including loading trailers, verifying load accuracy, completing paperwork, and lift operator allocation.
• Assists the Shipping Manager with daily WorldShip/Canada operations, including planning, flow, and resource allocation. Along with FTZ compliance and CBP audit support for Canada and Rest of the world international orders.
• Effectively communicates with associates, counterparts, and management to provide for a more efficient operation.
• Ensures that the area meets all requirements for Safety and Housekeeping.
• Encourages constant improvement by reviewing practices, methods, and processes; proactively identifying process improvements and making recommendations on any opportunities to improve standard work.
• Set and monitor daily sort rates, maintaining optimal sortation, wrapping, put away and staging of outbound orders performance and flow through operation.
• Oversee team of processors, ensuring they meet expected standards of work, organization/neatness of sort fingers, staging area for outbound orders and other daily 6S standards.
• Coordinate with warehouse team to ensure staffing and capacity in the area match the required workflow.
• Ensure that systems and physical warehouse processes are defined and understood by the warehouse team; train team members on processes and adequate standards when needed.
• Lead, build, develop, motivate a strong team of individuals to perform at the highest level; facilitate and foster continuous learning and collaboration within the team. Perform daily employee coaching, performance management, and accountability.
• Perform other related duties and assignments as assigned.
