Job summary

TaylorMade Golf Company is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the Evansville, IN Distribution Center. The role drives efficient, safe operations, coaching a team on order review and floor leadership to meet daily production targets.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in high-throughput warehouse settings and at least 3 years of supervisory experience, with strong WMS and WorldShip knowledge. Ability to lead, communicate, and adapt in a fast-paced environment is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in high-throughput consumer goods warehouse environment (>1M annual units)
• 3+ years of supervisory or people-management experience
• Experience leading warehouse, distribution, shipping, or sortation operations preferred
• Strong leadership, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day activity within Sort & Consolidation function, including planning, flow, and resource allocation
• Assists Transportation team with daily BOL staging/load operations, including loading trailers and paperwork
• Assists Shipping Manager with daily WorldShip/Canada operations and CBP audit support for Canada and international orders
• Communicates with associates, counterparts, and management to improve efficiency
• Ensures safety and housekeeping requirements are met
• Implements process improvements and optimizes standard work
• Sets daily sort rates and oversees outbound order flow
• Oversees team of processors and maintains 6S standards in staging areas
• Coordinates with warehouse team for staffing and capacity alignment
• Trains team on processes and standards; coaches and manages performance
• Performs additional related duties as assigned
